The staff at Team VW in Merrillville Indiana was excellent in repairing my auto. I cannot say as much for the dealership in Orland Park that obviously sold me a a certified car with a defective engine or the VW rep who did not contact me once with updates on the length of time for the repairs.

The reasons for my service visit on Tuesday, May 6 were (1) the 20K mile basic service and (2) a question about an odd electronic blip that had recently occurred. The basic service was completed quickly and the electronic blip explained. The latter problem is associated with a software upgarde that can be addressed ata future time and is not very important.
