Excellent Sales Manager, Dave King. Kept me up to speed on my delivery, I asked him to please not let anybody test drive my new Golf R when it arrived at the dealer. He told me no one will, and that he's keeping the keys! As promised, my car was delivered to me with 4 miles! Dave also explained the inner workings of the technology. Courtney, Finance Manager, also true professional. Both a true pleasure to do business with.

I came in for an oil change. I knew how much it was going to cost. The salesman approached me with a front line alignment and it showed 189.00 ar the bottom of the bill i thought it was the total for both. When he came back with the bill of was over 325.00! I was not told that the alignment was 189.00 and the oil change was $145.00. I was quite upset and thought then to change it on a credit card. I was then told when asked if it was an additional charge I was told yes an additional 3%. I didn't to pay any more. It needs to be explained before the work is done exactly what the grand total will be before proceeding. I was upset when I left. My car was in an accident at your facility the last time I took it in for a recall. The guy drove the car into a curb and damaged it and it was not drivable. Guess that is why it needed a front alignment that I had I paid for.

I had my brakes replaced in July by your dealership and was told on this visit that I need brakes again. I was also told that an oil change was completed on my vehicle which I paid for yet my vehicle says oil change service due.
