You really do not want me to fill this out. I have nothing good to say. This was my worst experience in a service department in my life. From the moment I got there, it just went downhill. I have never been told to reschedule MY APPOINTMENT because I decided to wait for my car. That is my choosing and my right. IT IS MY CAR! I do not care whatever your so called business practices are. It is the customer and owner of the vehicle decision if they are going to wait or come back. I was not rushing anyone. I simply was waiting my turn. No matter how long it took. I do not have to explain why I am waiting for my car. That is my own right. I did not touch any of your complimentary water or coffee as I was already made to feel like I was taking up so much space in your dealership. I Have not even gotten into the service aspect yet. You know what, not even going to. It does not matter anyway. It was all a great waste of time and money. Just know I will Never come to your dealership ever again. Please do not ever contact me again.
