This was my 1st visit to Team Volkswagen and Josh is the reason that I will be returning. Josh was such a delight. From our first greeting until my vehicle was ready, Josh was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I will reschedule with Josh every time.

I chose this rating because I have an unresolved complaint. I took my car in for maintenance and tyre replacement on the 1st of July. The following morning (July 2nd), I noticed a dent on my trunk and called the dealership to enquire from Josh who attended to me if there was an incident. Got no response, despite leaving my phone number. I called back on the 3rd and heard the same thing (that he is busy) and left my phone number for a call back- no response still. It’s the 5th of July now and still haven’t gotten a response about the dent on my car.
