Collin was awesome! He kept me informed while my vehicle was in for service. He ensured I had a ride to work when I initially dropped it off. He ensured that I was aware of the shuttle service ETA. I had a few major issues that needed to be fixed on my vehicle and the mechanics fixed every issue within two days. When I arrived at pickup, the process was extremely quick and efficient.

The service writer Josh was very attentive and explained to me how long my service would take and when I told him of a additional problem with the car, he had it taken care of promptly without adding much more time, and he added a discount for my wheel alignment, and finally when my car was they went above and beyond the average rinsing off and actually Cleaned out the interior and washed the floor mats which was unexpected and very nice of the service department.

They gave us a fair deal back then (when Covid resulted in prices way above sticker) and have stayed with Team VW for auto maintenance ever since

Josh at Volkswagen service is the best! He explains the maintenance on our vehicle step by step so there will be no surprises at the end. He provides a loaner vehicle for us while our vehicle is in the shop!
