I have visited Team Audi/VW Service for some 13 years - first with an Audi and now with a VW. I always receive first rate service. Everything is explained to me. My most recent visit was due to a minor accident ruining a tire and rim. I have the Tire/Rim Protection warranty. VW service handled all communications and paperwork associated with the coverage.
