This was the worst experience I ever had with Volkswagen. I called to inform them I was towing in my 2019 Jetta only to first be asked what I did to it. This was the 2nd electronics failure in the car. This last failure could have led to a serious accident, yet the first question I asked is, what did you do to it. Unacceptable. Once they received the car, Pete never called me. No one called me. They called my boyfriend, whose name is nowhere on the car. Not even an insurance card. Also unacceptable. I've been wondering if the Volkswagen dealership is worth the hassle, when I've received several offers from other dealership for the car. I was never thrilled with it to begin with and now I've lost all faith in the dealership.
