They are deliberately not telling me about brake pads wearing down so I have to replace the rotors my next trip as well. I was just in there 2 months ago and they said the brakes were good. 5k miles later and they said the pads AND rotors need replacing now. This is the second time this has happened now! The first time it happened at city VW, I thought I avoided dishonesty coming to Team VW but I guess dishonesty is just VW policy! The pricing is also ridiculous! $3800 for 2 leaks and the 80k service, seems ridiculously high to me. Plus they never apply the 11% coupon even when mentioned while scheduling my appointment. They did get me into a rental which was great and they didn’t need to (which prevented a 1 star rating) but I could have rented my own car with the savings if I went elsewhere to have the same exact services done.

Jeremiah Velazquez was my sales consultant. He showed us the model we were interested in and we took it for a ride. The sales process went smoothly and faster than I’ve had at other dealers. Jeremiah was personable and professional at all times, very nice young man.

The entire experience was absolutely wonderful!! I usually dread buying a new car due to the high pressure dealers. Ryan Roddy made the whole process seamless and really enjoyable!! I was actually EXCITED to be there, which is never the case with me and car dealers! He made the day simply a delightful experience!!
