    My last experience was smooth and easy. I had to complete a 30k mile maintenance and Josh was so helpful explaining things and making sure I complete only what was necessary. My car was returned to me super clean and I love how they clean the floor mats as well. :-)

    I called Volkswagen service about my vehicle sputtering and the engine light was flashing, which indicate the vehicle is misfiring, my car was towed to team Volkswagen on 12-31-24 when they checked my vehicle it was no longer misfiring but there was codes present and since the vehicle didn’t misfiring in there presence, service couldn’t do anything bc I was told it had to happen while they test drove it, I also have an intermittent squeaking in the front left wheel And I have video of the noise, unfortunately, they can’t do anything about it unless service here the noise in person, so I’m not happy driving a car that can break down at any time, I will not be purchasing any more Volkswagen!

    I was contacted the day before to remind me of my appointment. I received a video showing me the inspection of my car and what needed taken care of. I have never seen that before. Also, when I got my car the floors where clean and staff were very friendly.

    Nick Was a very good salesperson. The sales process was very straightforward. I will say communication could have been better. At times I felt like I was being ignored because I wasn't in the dealership physically and what could have been a 20 minute process took 9 hours. I do understand that the end of the month is busy; however, I also feel like I was put on the back burner and had to wait several hours before hearing back from anyone including the sales manager Chris.
