My visit here was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. A prescription medication was stolen out of my car, the manager argued with me and wouldn’t let me see the video tape he said they didn’t take anything out my car but it just mysteriously disappeared after I left their dealership.

Nick Spiru and Chris were extremely professional and kind during the buying processing my new (to me) Atlas. They were very patient with me as I ask any questions and working with me to get me the best monthly payments so I could get into an Atlas. This is my second time purchasing from Team Volkswagen in Merrillville, IN and I just can't recommend it enough. The staff is so kind and helpful. The process was an absolute breeze. They also helped me wrangle two toddlers during the whole process. Best customer service!
