Josh was great getting me a loaner to drive during the day to work. Was ready to go early Monday. Recall completed and get the replacement tire trim in the next day and completed by EOD Tuesday. Have an issue with the driver's seat coming apart. They showed to VW and they said it is normal wear and tear. On a 1 year old vehicle?!?!?? Never had a seam on a seat come apart before. Going to fight this and not happy with VW. Also, car was not washed when I picked it up. Usually is washed and clean. Otherwise service and service adviser was great.

I'm always greeted right away when I arrive for my service appointments and the staff is always very helpful and prompt! Josh is always great! He always has a smile on his face and is very informative! 😊
