had Monday appointment but need to come on Saturday as car had oil warning light-Blake was able to get me in on Saturday. He answered any questions I had and kept me informed during my visit. He reviewed the video and made certain I understood the work being done. Overall pleasant experience!

Wasn’t impressed with how they told My wife they had to take off the whole consoles to put her back climate control panel that popped out back in . Said it would be 120$ . I told her no she came home and I did it within 2 mins . I got so lame excuse they follow vw guidelines and pricing and that’s why. So to me just sounds like price gouging and don’t think we will be back . That loyalty of being there and buying a 60k car meant something guess not .

We were looking to replace my sons totaled Carolla which was valued at $10,000. after visiting a few dealerships it was beginning to look grim. We stopped at TEAM Volkswagen & Audi and Christopher was extremely helpful and cooperative. He found us a great safe/reliable car that my son just loved, which was priced where there was no need to haggle. Sales person didn't seem interested in selling a car. Didn't explain or show any features. Then gave us a vehicle with no oil and 4 warning lights to test drive.

Dave was great and very helpful and informative with everything and I was only there for an oil change. Service department did a great job and pointed out a few things I didn't know about my vehicle and also gave me the full Carfax for my new (used) Jetta. People complain about "dealership prices" for things like oil changes but it's honestly not that much more than going to a random mom & pop place or a chain where the folks there probably won't know my vehicle nearly as well as the people here. So I took my vehicle in for a right CV axle replacement because I was noticing sounds when turning. The team was very welcoming.
