I was easily able to schedule an oil change online, received confirmations quickly along with a reminder prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, I was helped quickly and an inspection was completed on my car. A couple items flagged for additional services, allowing me to know what needs to be taken care of, with the ability to add what I wanted during my service. I was there for about an hour, and then they sent me on my way with my oil changed, new wiper blades (an added service), and a freshly washed car.

I’ve been dealing with them for almost 20 years through multiple vehicles both VW and Audi and I can honestly say their service is second to none. Ive lost track of how many times they’ve accommodated us when they really didn’t have to. And it’s not just their long term repeat customers that they treat this way. The Audi portion of this dealership is the epitome of why dealers have such a horrible reputation. Every time my girlfriend or I have visited this dealership we have been met with an unpleasant experience, we will not visit anymore. Whether it’s the unreasonable, condescending, and unfriendly service manager Joe, or one of the salesmen who are simply dopey. Being ripped off is something I do not tolerate and we have experienced that too much here. I extremely do not recommend, there are plenty of other dealers and service shops in the area, please avoid this one.

They Did the work that they needed to do but they gave me the car back really filthy which was really sad. I had to go back and tell them. They apologized. Told me. It was a new guy. He forgot to clean up his mess and wash my car, which I don’t understand.

I made the appointment specifically requesting recall work + oil change + tire rotation. I reiterated this when I arrived. I reiterated again when Dave tried to sell me on $1,800 worth work. I said no. Just the oil change and tire rotation. I reviewed the invoice at home to realize I was ignored multiple times.

When I brought my vehicle in, I requested to get a quote to have something repaired he never put it on a ticket to have a repaired or have a quote. I called him. He was supposed to get back with me on how much the part and how much is to repair still haven't heard back. At this point, I'm good

Service was completely trash. I paid over 4000 for a replacement and a safety recall. After service completed I forgot to pick up documentation for records and they did not offer ones either. I later call to see if they can email it to me and they said they cant and that I need to come in person to pick them up. I told them the dealership is 40 minutes away and still nothing.
